Open Gym
** OPEN GYM IS NOW FREE TO ALL ATHLETES,
MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS!
Time spent in the gym is imperative to your success, so come on in, grab your Stunt Group and/or your friends and get to work on the skill of your choice!
**Non-Members MUST HAVE GYM WAIVER TO ENTER OPEN GYM, download at www.nwcda.com. Non members are those who are not a member of Mattson, Kentwood or South Elite.

Flight School
** FLIGHT SCHOOL WILL NOW MEET ONCE PER WEEK
FOR A ONE HOUR CLASS!
Working your skills more often will help build muscle memory and improve your progress!
$35 for South, Kentwood or Mattson Athletes
$50 for Non-Members

Moday's
4:30-5:30 PM – Beginning Tumbling
Open to ALL AGES, no skills or previous tumbling experience necessary.
5-6 Tootsie Rolls
5-6 PM – Elite Tumbling with Destiny Perry
Layout working on fulls and working into Elite Level Skills.
Coaches approval is necessary to register.
5:30-6:30 PM – Intermediate Tumbling
Working tucks and layouts.
Coaches approval is necessary to register.

All privates must now be paid in advance at the time of scheduling.
Privates are now Available!! - Stunting and Tumbling.
Beginner through to Advanced SKills.
All privates must schedule through Michael Henderson at

Prices: (Privates are 45 minutes long)
- 1 on 1 - tumbling instruction - $35
- Private Session with Tyler is $45 and must be working on Layout or higher
- Semi - Private - (Up to 4 atheltes in Lesson) - $20 Each
- 1 on 1 - Partner Stunting Private - $45
- Semi Private - Partner Stunting - (up to 3 Girls) - $25 Each
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, may be rescheduled for another day and time.
